Lumensol Finance Services provided an initial team of six, headed up by a Finance Director and supported by two managing consultants and three consultants. Over the course of the project the size of the team flexed to offset the size and experience of the client team, resulting in two team members being part of the final handover.

Throughout the engagement, our team implemented new detailed board reporting packs. We transitioned the financial reporting within the organisation from Excel to Power BI, enabling business leaders to access the insights they required.

Lumensol Finance Services implemented full balance sheet review and control and detailed P&L review and analysis. This resulted in a clean audit report and statutory accounts filed well within the filing deadline. We produced full finance process notes and process flow documentation, and assisted in budgeting and business planning processes.

Finally, as part of our handover process, we assisted in the recruitment of a permanent Finance Director with a comprehensive handover period to ensure a seamless transition.
