Meet The Lumensol Executive Team
Our team has extensive experience leading large organisations and managing DLOs in a social housing context.
Lumensol's functional experts have led high-performing teams in businesses operating in the social housing sector. In areas including procurement, finance, commercial, supply chain management, asset management, data intelligence, and performance management.
Mat Bishop
Chief Executive Officer
Mat and David established Lumensol together in 2018, after years of working alongside each other.
Mat has over 20 years' experience within construction. Performing leadership and commercial roles to ensure profitability and compliance, while providing clients value for money services. Mat shares his experience not only with our clients but by also sitting on the Paradigm Housing Association's board as a non-executive director.
Outside of the office, Mat spends a lot of time living vicariously through his two sons' sporting achievements. Not content with sitting on the sidelines, Mat is a coach for the local Cricket team and takes a hands-on role as a Governor at his childrens' school. He's also an eager golfer - though he could do with improving his handicap!
David Siddals
Chief Operating Officer
After many years of working alongside Mat, the pair established Lumensol in 2018.
David has almost 30 years' experience leading outsourced service delivery in construction and maintenance at an executive level. His knowledge and experience, together with extensive stakeholder engagement and leadership experience, help deliver cost-effective service solutions as well as transformational change.
David is a proud husband and father to four children, who are unfortunately in the main now fleeing the nest! Outside of work, David spends his time with family and, when time allows, enjoys clay pigeon shooting, scuba diving, and cycling. David and his family are keen travellers and are often seen heading off in their motorhome for a weekend break.
Arran Collins
Director of Finance & Commercial Services
Arran joined the Lumensol team in October 2019. He has in-depth knowledge of JCT, NEC, TPC, and PPC forms of contract, with more than 10 years' experience renewing contracts, identifying and understanding commercial risk and opportunity, as well as winning work. He manages tender processes, commercial and contract handover, ongoing negotiations with subcontractors, and contract compliance.
A proud husband and father, Arran enjoys spending time with family and friends, along with the occasional game of Golf, and taking the family dog, Archie, for long walks. Arran loves reading, whether it's fiction, non-fiction, or personal development books, and it's rare to find him in the car without an audiobook on the go!
Kelly Kerr
Director of Procurement Services
Kelly, a qualified accountant, joined the Lumensol team in October 2022. She started her housing sector career client-side with Origin Housing - managing all commercial elements for the property services team. Kelly then spent nine years as Commercial Director, delivering procurement consultancy.
Kelly and her husband are proud parents to their daughter and two German shepherds, Zeus and Kya. While not at work, Kelly can be found in the kitchen baking with her daughter or being dragged around the local fields by her dogs, only on occasion face down! Kelly and her husband are both motorcycle enthusiasts but definitely don't get out on their bikes as much as they'd like to these days.
Martin Baker
Director of Operations & Transformation Services
Martin has over 25 years' experience delivering change and efficiency programs in the housing, construction, and FM sectors; with 15 years in senior leadership roles.
Based in East Devon on the Jurassic Coast with his wife and two children, Martin is a keen sea swimmer but can also often be found chasing his Springer Spaniel, Betty, around Woodbury Common. Otherwise, he enjoys reading, currently focused on Rome, Gladiators, and all things Roman Empire. Martin also fancies himself as something of a chef, often cooking up meals and socialising with friends.
Michael Durrant
Director of Asset Management Services
Michael joined the Lumensol team in January 2023. He brings with him over 17 years of experience in the maintenance and asset space. Starting as an Engineer in the utilities sector, Michael has worked for both contractors and clients at Senior Management level across utilities, MOD, energy, and housing. He previously led all Asset Management related services at a Director level, undertaking various lean systems reviews and transformation projects in this area. His passion is to drive change through strategic asset management and sustainability which is vital to the net zero carbon agendas.
Michael is a proud father to two daughters. he enjoys cooking various cuisines for the family and long walks in the Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire countryside. He is another Lumensol Exec with ambitions to improve his Gold handicap!
Vicky Fordham-Lewis
Director of Operations, Transformation Services
Vicky joined the Lumensol team in April 2024. She has over 25 years of experience in the construction and property services sectors, specialising in operational improvements and change management.
Vicky is a qualified arbitrator, with a degree in Law. Her career started in residential housebuilding, working for large-scale housebuilding contractors. She then moved into the social housing sector, working for national providers as a Managing Director. Over the course of her career, she has created unique, customer-focused delivery vehicles for the provision of services, led on business sales, mergers and integrations, and delivered multiple transformational change projects across a variety of disciplines.
Based in the home counties, with her wife and daughter, Vicky enjoys walking in the Chiltern Hills, gardening, visiting historical buildings, and spending time with her extended family.
